:: Saturday, March 29, 2003 :: Port of Aulduron - This massive structure reaches nearly as high as some of the city centre buildings do. Huge elevators carry cargo ships up to their appropriate docking level. Under the water is Aulduron's second largest submarine shipping port. Legend goes that the V.S.S. Evinrude disappeared shortly before reaching the Port and was later discovered in Deep Aulduron.:: Friday, March 28, 2003 :: City Administration Center - This massive structure has root foundations reaching all the way down to level 33 of the downtown district. Renowned architect Vincent Doorson designed a twisting spire of polycrete and glass, the City Administration Center. The building is home to more than half of the city's employees. Mainly it serves as a center for community activities and municipal functions, billions utilize the facilities every month.:: Thursday, March 27, 2003 :: Deep Aulduron - The name generally given to levels 50 and below of the city centre. This region rarely sees the light of day and has to be artificially lit 32/7. Naturally, for the residents of these levels life generally never slows down. Almost universally considered the Red Light District of Aulduron, these levels are havens for gangs, fronts for organized crime and all manner of evils. Most notable is the level 1 organized crime superstation called Section 00. Deep Aulduron at leve1 is home to almost no one and nothing besides illicit and illegal operations.:: Wednesday, March 26, 2003 ::
Section 00 – The notorious criminal “city” of Section 00 exists between levels –1 and 4, down near the wreck of the V.S.S. Evinrude and the darkness-shrouded banks of the Aulduron River. Valley Road, a twisting highway that traverses some of the dankest, lowest regions of the city, leads down here along the muddied banks. Beginning in Cedar Township, it winds its way through the “downtown” area of Cedar Twp. And continues on, over the mud-slag flats beneath the main skyway transit routes as they rise into the ever-increasing levels of Aulduron’s massive downtown sector. Valley Road is so old that when Stanley Industries put in its master-facility for waste processing, they had to build around the road. Consequently, where Valley Rd. passes through this massive complex there are steep, 190ft. high polycrete barrier walls that rise on either side of the narrow, muddy lane that is Valley Rd. Only old style ground cars can travel down Valley Rd., none of the new hovertype cars would maneuver very well due to the constricted space and lack of computerized network guidance systems. Shortly after passing Stanley Industries, the road plunges into the Delville Slag Pile and then disappears into a viadock under the polycrete skeleton of the city that rises for thousands of feet above. Then, the road twists on in dimly lit alleys and along crumbling embankments until it happens upon the Aulduron River, about 42 miles into the blackness under Aulduron. There is an ancient, eroded bridge frame that still exists, which crosses the river, and it was here that the criminal overlords decided to have their engineers build the cloaked bridge to Section 00.
